Compensation Range:
Based on experience up to $150,000 base salary, plus annual bonus and annual merit increase

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced SAP Reinsurance Management (FS-RI) Consultant to join a reinsurance transformation practice. This team provides implementation, advisory, and support services to organizations addressing challenges across ceded and assumed reinsurance operations, helping clients optimize business processes, modernize their technology landscape, improve data quality, streamline integrations, and increase operational efficiency.
Consultants in this role work on complex international projects, partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders to help transform reinsurance operations spanning premiums, claims, reserves, commissions, settlements, accounting, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze ceded and assumed reinsurance business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business, operations, finance, accounting, actuarial, and IT stakeholders
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs
- Perform fit-gap assessments and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives
- Support implementation and configuration activities within SAP Reinsurance Management
- Define and document functional specifications, business rules, process flows, and solution designs
- Analyze integration requirements between reinsurance platforms and upstream/downstream systems
- Support data migration activities, including data analysis, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover preparation
- Develop test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Investigate and resolve functional production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integrations, reports, conversions, and enhancements
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Support business development initiatives, solution demonstrations, and proposal activities
- Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to the growth of the reinsurance practice
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reinsurance consulting, business analysis, software implementation, or operational support
- Strong understanding of ceded and/or assumed reinsurance processes
- Experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing reinsurance software platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and within international project teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Hands-on experience with SAP Reinsurance Management
- Knowledge of reinsurance accounting and financial reporting processes
- Knowledge of U.S. statutory reporting requirements, including Schedule F and/or Schedule S
- Master's degree or MBA
