Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator
Work Location: Burbank, CA (occasional support in Hollywood required)
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: 3 days per week, 8 hours per day
Shift timing: 2pm to 10pm (need to have 1 hour of flexibility in case of late evening screening)

Pay: $31-$33.08  DOE

The Planet Group is looking for Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 3-months contract, working onsite in Burbank, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for screenings and events.
  • Operate and monitor cinema projection and audio/video equipment.
  • Support daily screening room operations and scheduled screenings.
  • Serve as a point of contact during screenings and events.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of screening room technology and playback systems.
  • Maintain schedules, records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality experience for clients and partners.
  • Coordinate screening schedules and requests from internal teams and partners.
  • Support vendor coordination and administrative processes.
