Job Description




Pay Range: $40-45/hour 


Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:

  • Execution of As-Built Program 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Project Managers, Engineering Service Providers (ESPs), CAD Administrators, Operations, Inspectors, and Contractors for delivering as-built drawings & tagging.
  • Lead project intake meetings to define project scope, review IFC drawings and determine As-built requirements
  • Confirm receipt of required project deliverables and resolve documentation gaps.
  • Review and reconcile documentation to ensure alignment of equipment tagging across as-built drawings, asset management system & physical tagging
  • Coordinate and assign drafting, tagging, and documentation activities to internal and external resources.
  • Review engineering drawings & asset tag list against standards & provide feedback
  • Track project status, report progress, and drive resolution of issues that may impact schedule or quality.
  • Review project documentation including PEPs, drawing deliverable checklists, IFC packages, redlines, and equipment lists.
  • And other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years experience OR technical associates degree (Engineering Technology, Construction Management, etc.) with 5+ year experience
  • Working knowledge of engineering drawings, P&IDs, electrical drawings, and drafting processes.
  • Working knowledge of asset management systems
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel Requirements: 10% travel possible.
Preferred Position Skills:
  • Experience with Meridian or other engineering document management systems.
  • Experience with CAD workflows and drawing revision processes.
  • Familiarity with equipment tagging and asset management systems.
  • Knowledge of project execution and construction closeout processes within the midstream industry.
  • Experience working with Engineering Service Providers and project contractors.
