Job Description

Client Job Title: Sourcing - Manager
Duration: 6 months/ part time 
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
6-month contract 

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
  • Industry experience in inhalation powders and medical devices, preferably with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) and/or medical device manufacturers
  • Experience with strategic sourcing and category management
  • Expertise in supplier identification, evaluation, and qualification
  • Experience managing RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes
  • Strong knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
  • Experience with spend analysis and cost reduction initiatives
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and commercial terms
  • Experience with supplier risk assessment and mitigation
Regulatory & Quality Knowledge
  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
  • Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
  • Knowledge of applicable FDA regulations
Financial & Analytical Skills
  • Cost modeling
  • Financial analysis
  • Market intelligence
  • Commodity analysis
  • KPI development and performance tracking
