  • Leading project scoping activities and facilitating effective decision-making around NetSuite initiatives, enhancements, and system changes
  • Supporting transactional activities across departments and providing functional expertise throughout the NetSuite environment
  • Guiding teams through Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, financial, warehouse, and manufacturing processes within NetSuite
  • Mentoring junior NetSuite administrative staff through training, knowledge sharing, and ongoing guidance
  • Establishing and maintaining documentation controls to support accurate project planning, system governance, and operational consistency
  • Assisting with the design, development, testing, and implementation of NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, and system improvements
  • Documenting system processes, procedures, requirements, and best practices to promote consistency and scalability
  • Maintaining system security, data integrity, and adherence to established accounting and operational standards
  • Providing ad hoc NetSuite support and troubleshooting as business needs arise

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
  • Strong understanding of standard accounting practices, financial reporting requirements, and GAAP compliance
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NetSuite product lifecycle and core business processes including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
  • Experience supporting NetSuite within a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or operationally complex environment
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate business requirements and recommend solutions using native NetSuite functionality and best practices
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams while managing multiple priorities and initiatives
  • Adaptable, technically capable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of complex systems and business process challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
