Shift Openings (All Shifts Available)
- Day: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Night: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 PM-6:00 AM
- Weekend: Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (Paid for 40 hours)

Position SummaryThe Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are achieved. This role is responsible for supervising employees, developing team members, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with company and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and support production employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
- Schedule and prioritize daily production activities.
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members and Area Leaders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor productivity, quality, scrap, and on-time delivery metrics.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, cross-training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues.
- Manage departmental staffing, budgets, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Participate in plant leadership meetings and drive operational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Manufacturing or fabrication leadership experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and follow English instructions.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and stoop as needed.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
