We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Compliance Partner to support employment eligibility, I-9 compliance, and employment authorization requirements. This role will serve as a subject matter expert on I-9 compliance and partner closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Global Mobility, managers, and business leaders to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

Primary Responsibilities
? Serve as the subject matter expert for I-9 compliance, employment eligibility verification,
and federal employment authorization requirements.
? Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and audit standards while
maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation.
? Proactively review and resolve I-9 discrepancies, identify compliance risks, and escalate
issues as appropriate.
? Manage compliance cases for out-of-compliance employees, including suspension and
reinstatement processes in accordance with company policy.
? Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, Legal, and business leaders to drive
timely resolution of compliance issues and perform administrative follow-up on
outstanding actions.
? Support employment authorization, visa-sponsored employees, international hires, and
cross-border transfers in partnership with Global Mobility.
? Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to candidates, employees, and business
partners.
? Identify process improvements, maintain compliance procedures, and support regulatory
and internal audits.
Education & Experience
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a
related field, or equivalent experience.
? 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Compliance or Global Mobility.
? Experience with I-9 administration, E-Verify, employment authorization, and immigration
compliance.
? Experience supporting visa-sponsored employees and international hiring preferred.
? Bilingual English/Spanish required.
? Experience with Workday, I-9 systems and similar HR systems preferred.
? Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving
skills.
? Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion while

- Proactively review and resolve I-9 discrepancies, identify potential compliance risks, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Manage compliance cases involving out-of-compliance employees, including suspension and reinstatement processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, Legal, and business leaders to drive timely resolution of compliance issues and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Support employment authorization matters, visa-sponsored employees, international hires, and cross-border transfers in partnership with Global Mobility.
- Provide bilingual English/Spanish support to candidates, employees, and business partners as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help develop and maintain HR compliance procedures and best practices.
- Support internal and regulatory audits by ensuring documentation and processes are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and employment authorization information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Compliance, Global Mobility, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with I-9 administration, E-Verify, employment authorization, and immigration compliance.
- Experience supporting visa-sponsored employees and international hiring preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
- Experience with Workday, I-9 management systems, and other HR technology platforms preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Legal, and business teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple compliance cases and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
