2. Engineering Narrative & Messaging
  • Translate Engineering strategy, transformation efforts, and operating priorities into clear, repeatable messaging
  • Build and maintain core narrative frameworks used across leadership communications
  • Drive consistency across forums, channels, and leadership voices
3. Leadership Communications Support
  • Partner directly with the Chief of Staff and Engineering leaders to:
  • Shape messaging for all-hands, QBRs, and major milestones
  • Prepare executives with strong framing and talking points
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on how and when to communicate (without owning the decisions)
4. Operating Cadence & Change Communications
  • Support communications tied to planning cycles, product milestones, and org changes
  • Develop structured communication plans for changes in process, tooling, or operating model
  • Reinforce messaging over time across multiple channels to drive adoption
5. Enterprise Alignment
  • Partner with Enterprise Communications to ensure alignment with corporate voice and standards
  • Translate enterprise messaging for Engineering audiences (and vice versa)
  • Ensure Engineering's story is accurately represented at the enterprise level
