The Planet Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-months contract, working a hybrid schedule out of Culver City, CA.

Marketing Coordinator | Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience supporting marketing programs, campaign execution, project coordination, or related marketing functions.
• Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities while also meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of an organization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects from planning through execution.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Marketing Coordinator | Description:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention for iCloud.
• Assist with the development and distribution of marketing briefs informed by customer insights, business objectives, and competitive landscape.
• Assist with campaign overviews, post-campaign recaps, and wrap-up documents that capture campaign approach, integrated plans, and learnings.
• Assist with synthesizing and interpreting data from multiple sources to surface insights and make actionable recommendations.
• Develop and manage marketing calendars, competitive overviews, creative scoping, asset libraries, and campaign documentation.
• Collaborate with a broad range of teams across different time zones.
• Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through on key deliverables.
• Help drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
