Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager - Employee Experience Transformation to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex, enterprise-wide employee experience transformation program. This role will oversee multiple workstreams and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across IT, HR, Corporate Communications, Procurement, and other business functions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and highly organized program leader with experience managing large-scale enterprise initiatives, digital workplace or employee experience platforms, and complex stakeholder environments. This individual will be responsible for driving alignment, managing dependencies and risks, facilitating executive-level communication, and ensuring successful program delivery and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-workstream employee experience transformation program.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across IT, HR, Corporate Communications, Procurement, and other business functions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, dependency tracking, and communication plans.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, program status updates, stakeholder workshops, and working sessions.
  • Drive alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing competing priorities and organizational dependencies.
  • Partner with business leaders and functional teams to support change management, organizational readiness, and successful adoption.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, issues, and roadblocks.
  • Ensure project teams remain focused on key deliverables, timelines, and organizational objectives.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and program updates into clear, actionable, business-focused communications.
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Support go-live planning, rollout activities, user adoption initiatives, and post-implementation hypercare.
  • Monitor program progress and proactively communicate status, risks, decisions, and required actions to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle and ensure alignment with broader enterprise technology and employee experience strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, with a proven track record leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with Enterprise Self-Service platforms, Employee Experience (EX) initiatives, Digital Workplace programs, or related technology integration initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.
  • Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and effectively navigate diverse personalities, organizational dynamics, and competing priorities.
  • Experience facilitating discussions and workshops with both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Experience with Workvivo implementations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
  • Experience supporting corporate intranet modernization or employee communications platform initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with HR, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or related business functions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation and organizational change programs.
  • Experience with employee experience, digital workplace, or enterprise self-service transformation initiatives.
