Job Description
The Planet Group is seeking a Digital Associate Account Manager to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical clients.
- Pay: $46-51.88/hr depending on experience
- Location: Hybrid in Mettawa, IL (T-TR onsite)
- Work closely with the designated Account Manager(s) to help manage daily activities and the ongoing relationship with client / brand teams
- Assist with "A" level projects and manage all "B" and "C" level projects within set of business group assigned
- Attend all client meetings with the account manager and serves as key point of contact to ensure key information is being quickly communicated to all involved stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with Brand Marketers, external agencies and consultants, Business Technology Solutions (BTS), Medical/Regulatory/Legal (MRL)
- Provide guidance to the brand teams for how best to implement digital projects including, but not limited to interactive sales aids, emails, banner ads, websites, mobile applications, portals, etc.
- Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Assist Digital Account Manager with providing estimates and timelines
- Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule
- Track time on a daily basis.
- Report onsite to Ad Agency Associate Director, Digital Account Group
- Partner with creative team on project initiatives
- Adhere to all company-wide financial policies
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of ad agency experience required
- Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
- High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
- Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast paced creative environment
- Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
In-depth understanding of digital tactical development - In-depth understanding of how to gather and document digital project requirements and work cohesively with Agency team members to ensure best-in-class execution
- Maintain knowledge of guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, medical/regulatory review process, and corporate compliance
- Maintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production and archiving
- Functional knowledge of Digital marketing platforms
- Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload
- Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment
