Revenue Operations Analyst
Contract Duration/Direct Hire: Contract
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - San Francisco, CA (3 days onsite per week)
Pay range: $34-$45/hr
Must Haves:
* Experience reviewing and interpreting complex customer agreements.
* Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing calculations, and booking processes.
* Knowledge of revenue recognition concepts and sales operations processes.
* Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Accounting, Billing, FP&A, and Customer Success teams.
* Salesforce experience and ability to support opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet SLA requirements.
Preferred:
* Revenue Operations experience in a high-growth or technology environment.
* Experience supporting quarter-end or end-of-quarter close processes.
* Knowledge of forecasting and revenue compliance practices.
Job Description:
The Revenue Operations Analyst will review and interpret complex customer agreements to ensure accurate deal structure and pricing. This individual will support pricing calculations and booking processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue guidelines. The role partners with Sales, Legal, Accounting, Billing, FP&A, and Customer Success teams to facilitate deal execution and provide guidance on deal structure, revenue recognition, forecasting, and Salesforce opportunities throughout the sales cycle. The analyst will also manage RevOps requests and support end-of-quarter activities, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to established SLAs.
