Are you an experienced Finance Systems leader with deep NetSuite expertise and a passion for building scalable technology solutions? We're looking for an Order-to-Cash (O2C) Track Lead to own and transform the technology powering the entire revenue lifecycle for a fast-growing, publicly traded SaaS organization.
This is a newly created leadership role where you'll define the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for critical Finance systems while partnering with executive leadership to support enterprise growth and international expansion.
What You'll Do- Own the technology roadmap for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) ecosystem.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable Finance solutions supporting enterprise customers and global growth.
- Lead architecture and integration efforts across NetSuite, CPQ, billing, revenue recognition, collections, and financial reporting systems.
- Evaluate the current Finance technology landscape and recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and long-term ERP strategy.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Internal Audit, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive AI-powered automation initiatives across Finance workflows, including billing, reconciliations, invoice processing, forecasting support, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure Finance applications meet SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit readiness, and governance requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Lead Finance systems implementations, integrations, testing strategies, and release management.
- Serve as the primary technology partner for Finance leadership on systems strategy and future roadmap planning.
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise Finance technology, ERP systems, or business applications within a SaaS or technology organization.
- 4+ years of direct ownership of Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems and processes.
- Deep, hands-on NetSuite experience as an Administrator, Architect, or Technical Owner.
- Strong expertise across the Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash ecosystem, including:
- NetSuite ERP
- Salesforce CPQ (or similar CPQ platform)
- Billing and revenue platforms (such as Zuora)
- Revenue recognition
- Collections
- Financial systems integrations
- Experience with Finance systems architecture, configuration, and business process design.
- Strong understanding of Finance data flows across ERP, CRM, billing, and reporting platforms.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
- Experience supporting SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit readiness, and internal/external audit processes.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Engineering, and business teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
- Experience leading ERP modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Oracle Financials, Avalara, Coupa, or similar Finance platforms.
- Experience implementing AI-driven automation within Finance operations.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, Finance application governance, and portfolio strategy.
- Experience supporting public company Finance operations.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.
- Experience developing Finance technology roadmaps with a product management mindset.
This is the first dedicated Order-to-Cash technology leadership role, giving you the opportunity to build the foundation for a rapidly growing, post-IPO organization. Rather than stepping into an established environment, you'll influence architecture decisions, modernize Finance systems, drive AI innovation, and help scale the business for enterprise customers and international expansion.
