Location: Hybrid onsite in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA
Schedule: 40 hours
Duration: 12 months
Pay: $81-$87 DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Cross Functional Project Manager to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-months contract, working a hybrid onsite schedule in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA
Cross Functional Project Manager | Qualifications:
- 5-7years of experience in project and process management with a focus in cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
- Experience creating and managing project workflows, and prioritizing those,projects leveraging collaboration tools such as Quip, Confluence, Wrike, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to partners at all levels of the organization, distilling down to the right level of information needed for the audience
- Expertise in working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to prioritize new features, programs and capabilities
- Experience tracking and managing multiple projects, businesses and products within tight deadlines, using project management methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid, etc.
- A stellar teammate who is able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole* Develop and evolve the collaboration platforms used within the team and by our cross-functional partners to track and prioritize programs, feature enhancements, and status
- Provide reporting on project, program, and product status across the various business and lifecycles
- Create and manage the tools necessary for marketing, business and product leaders to evaluate and prioritize a large portfolio of projects
- Lead campaign and process change initiatives by developing change management strategies, assessing impact, managing stakeholder readiness, and driving adoption
Cross Functional Project Manager | Description:
- Work closely with global and cross functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations, Business and Marketing. The work involves prioritizing strategic marketing campaigns, feature asks, feature performance
evaluation, and partnering with the Marketing team in strategic planning and Operations team in execution. This role serves as the central point across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing driving alignment, managing complexity, and delivering outcomes on time and at scale.
