We are seeking a proactive professional to support and maintain our company's core IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance, security, and efficiency. What You'll Do:
As a vital member of our IT team, you will monitor, support, and optimize Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, Azure, and backup systems. Your expertise will help keep our operations secure and running smoothly, while your innovative mindset will contribute to infrastructure improvements through automation and scripting.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, permissions, and Group Policy
- Hands-on experience supporting Azure & Microsoft 365/Office 365
- VMware vSphere administration and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, and infrastructure security best practices
- PowerShell scripting and automation expertise
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (~one week every four weeks)
- Familiarity with identity and access management platforms like Okta, SSO, MFA, PKI
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Microsoft Graph
- Understanding of modern infrastructure tech including Azure Virtual Desktop, SQL Server high availability, CI/CD workflows, and enterprise storage solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
