NetSuite Project Manager
Remote (U.S.-Based) | Full-Time | ERP Consulting
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects for a growing portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments and enjoys guiding teams and clients through successful ERP transformations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle, experience leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations, and the ability to balance client expectations, project timelines, and delivery excellence.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead NetSuite implementation projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures, and status reporting
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change control processes
- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones, objectives, and client expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Serve as the primary point of communication for both internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications
- Drive issue resolution and proactively identify potential project risks
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery standards
- Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned to future engagements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of experience leading full-cycle ERP implementation projects
- Hands-on experience managing NetSuite implementation projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote consulting environment
- Experience with the SuiteSuccess implementation methodology
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
