Pay Range: $40-55/hour 


Job Description:
A scheduler that develops detailed schedules for design engineering projects. Coordinates and represents the department in project, engineering, and scheduling meetings.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plans and schedules work based on system priorities, workload demand, and available resources to ensure timely execution of field activities.
* Ensures schedules are properly loaded; manages schedule adjustments and re-optimization as conditions change.
* Partners with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure priority work is executed efficiently.
* Monitors and communicates schedule updates.
* Forecasts workload with internal and external workgroups on resource planning, availability, and workload balancing.
* Identifies scheduling constraints or deficiencies, analyzes alternatives, and recommends solutions to mitigate conflicts and service impacts.

Minimum experience required of the position:
* Scheduler, Sr to Sr Lead
o High level of understanding of P6

knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position:
* Required:
o Prior nuclear experience
o Prior design engineering scheduling experience
* Preferred:
o Understanding of PowerBi and other analysis tools.
o Experience implementing a new or redefined scheduling program within an organization
