Job Title: Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Contract length: 5 months
Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week, fulltime
Pay: $28/hr to $33.33/hr, DOE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, personable, and detail-oriented Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's Early Careers team. As part of the team recruiting and managing the firm's Early Careers programs, you will support the recruiting aspects of these initiatives. You'll help recruit university talent and support the University Relations Manager by processing interns and early career new hires into the organization, screening resumes, and assessing candidates' qualifications. You'll play a key role in helping us deliver a best-in-class experience for Early Careers candidates while gaining exposure to talent development, recruiting, and strategic HR operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Support:
    • Manage coordination for undergrad recruiting, interviews, background checks, and events
    • Post open positions within Workday, on school job boards, networking affiliations and other relevant job boards
    • Schedule initial HireVue interviews and final interviews (phone and virtual)
    • Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth recruitment process delivery
    • Assist with scheduling speakers for information sessions and recruitment events across multiple time zones
    • Coordinate logistics for events including space booking, catering, materials, and guest communications
    • Attend intern and recruiting events as needed
    • Utilize the workday platform to track candidates' lifecycle
    • Process invoice payments for external partnerships and events 
    • Communicate with candidates and provide information and updates as needed
    • Administrative duties, as assigned
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Maintain and update dashboards and reports related to early career demographics, program metrics, and engagement data
    • Pull hiring data and analyze insights
    • Assist in preparing presentations and summaries to update senior leaders

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field preferred
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in HR, campus recruiting, or a related field
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with online scheduling tools (Rooster experience is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time
  • Ability to collaborate well with others across teams and balance multiple deliverables
  • Resilient and innovative approach; willing to challenge the status quo with new solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations
  • Experience in data analytics is a plus
  • Interest in asset management or financial services is a plus
  • Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with Workday preferred but not required
