Network Engineer Overview

Join a regional financial institution where your work directly strengthens secure, reliable communications across the enterprise. As a Network Engineer, you'll design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN and voice infrastructure, modernize network architecture, and lead improvements in disaster recovery, automation, and troubleshooting--serving as an escalation point for complex network and voice issues while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects that matter.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of Network Engineering experience
  • Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals and routing/switching, including:
    • TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP
    • QoS, routing, switching
    • Network security
  • Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and resolving complex troubleshooting scenarios
  • Proficiency supporting network and voice infrastructure in a production environment
Nice to Have Skills
  • Microsoft Teams Phone administration experience
  • Ansible and/or PowerShell automation experience
  • Banking/financial services or other regulated-industry experience
  • Experience with APIs (REST/JSON) and infrastructure automation
  • Familiarity with modern network/platform technologies such as:
    • Arista switching
    • Cato Networks SD-WAN/SASE
    • Perimeter security solutions
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience level: 5+ years in network engineering (enterprise environment)
Other Requirements
  • Full-time (5 days onsite)
  • Location: Green Bay WI area or Twin Cities, MN
  • Background/reference check required (client BG check)
  • No sponsorship for H1Bno H1B's considered
Salary-$90,000
