Job Description
Title: Communications Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Rate: $75-$85, DOE
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communications: Draft and execute monthly communication plans in collaboration with Transformation Leads and client leadership.
- Executive Reporting: Create, validate, and present monthly Management Forum decks.
- Client Partnership: Partner with key client stakeholders (Transformation Leads, HR, etc.) to provide status updates, brainstorm talking points, and help guide the transformation to success.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Leverage project management skills to ensure the entire team remains aligned on tasks, particularly when coordinating deliverables and inputs from the client.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
