Epicor Technical Specialist
A rapidly growing manufacturing organization supporting highly regulated, high-reliability industries is seeking an experienced Epicor Technical Specialist to take ownership of its ERP environment and help drive the next phase of digital transformation.
Following a major business expansion and continued operational growth across multiple facilities, the organization is investing heavily in modernizing and optimizing its business systems to support scale, efficiency, and long-term success.
This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond system support and become a strategic owner of ERP performance, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Overview
This individual will serve as the primary technical resource for Epicor ERP and will lead efforts related to system stability, optimization, integrations, reporting, upgrades, and user enablement. The role partners closely with IT, Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve processes and maximize ERP capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and technical support of the Epicor ERP environment
* Lead ERP initiatives across a multi-site manufacturing operation
* Drive upgrade activities, including transition planning and execution for the next Epicor Kinetic release
* Manage system enhancements, integrations, data migrations, and technical configuration
* Develop and support solutions using BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS, APIs, DMT, customizations, and related tools
* Troubleshoot ERP issues and maintain system reliability and performance
* Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
* Support reporting, documentation, SOP development, testing, and end-user training
* Contribute to future-state ERP strategy and long-term system roadmap initiatives
Ideal Background
* Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience (Kinetic preferred)
* Experience supporting manufacturing environments and multi-site operations
* Proven success leading upgrades, implementations, or ERP optimization initiatives
* Technical expertise in SQL, C#, .NET, BAQs, BPMs, reporting, integrations, and system customization
* Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders
* Exposure to ECM, financial planning tools, APIs, or low-code platforms is a plus
* Strong communication, analytical, and project leadership skills

Additional Details:
Salary Budget: $100,000-$120,000 annually
