6-Month (Contract)
Hybrid - Portsmouth, NH (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate range: $28.00-34.00/hr
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for field, skilled trades, operations, construction, restoration, or similar roles
- Ability to manage 10-20 active requisitions simultaneously
- Experience building talent pipelines in new or emerging markets
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive sourcing and recruitment efforts for field technician and branch leadership positions in new and expanding markets. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on building talent pipelines from scratch, engaging passive candidates, and supporting business growth through strategic talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for field and operational leadership roles, including technicians, project managers, and branch leaders.
- Build talent pipelines in new geographic markets using LinkedIn, job boards, trade associations, vocational programs, and industry networks.
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates within the restoration, construction, and property services industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and provide market intelligence.
- Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified talent with clear hiring recommendations.
- Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track sourcing effectiveness, pipeline activity, and recruiting metrics within the ATS.
