Pay Rate: $ 59.00-$61.80
Responsibilities:
- Oversee database identification and assess migration readiness across the enterprise application landscape.
- Lead MS SQL Server and Azure SQL deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting to support complex application and Power App migrations.
- Ensures data integrity, performance, and compliance throughout migration and validation activities.
- Conduct advanced performance tuning and resolve database bottlenecks to guarantee post-migration stability and efficiency.
- Implement and manage robust backup and restore strategies to safeguard enterprise data throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Leverage enterprise data migration tools to facilitate seamless, secure data transitions.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required. Alternatively, candidates with at least 10 years of relevant desktop administration experience and Microsoft certifications will also be considered.
- Ability to work with sensitive data, which requires them to be a US Citizen.
- Progressive experience as a Database Administrator or Database Lead with deep technical expertise in MS SQL Server and Azure SQL.
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting application and Power App migrations.
- Hands-on proficiency with enterprise data migration tools and data validation techniques.
- Strong background in database backup/restore procedures and proactive performance tuning.
