This individual will play a key role in replacing legacy .NET-based applications and supporting the transition from existing master data systems into new AI-driven, data-centric platforms.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of Product Ownership, business process analysis, and technical acumen, with experience supporting full-stack applications and complex data workflows. This role requires someone who can think critically beyond predefined answers, ask thoughtful questions, drill into individual contributions and outcomes, and partner closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
This Product Owner will help drive new ways of working in an AI-first environment, ensuring requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined so teams can validate they are building the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for enterprise applications focused on product matching, exception handling, and master data modernization initiatives
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and data teams to define and prioritize product capabilities
- Translate complex business processes and workflows into actionable user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies in collaboration with engineering leadership
- Ensure development teams receive clear and actionable feedback throughout the product lifecycle
- Work cross-functionally across multiple initiatives, including:
- Legacy application modernization
- New application development
- Informatica integration initiatives
- Master data management transformation efforts
- Support AI-first product delivery practices by leveraging modern tooling and ensuring requirements are structured for validation and automation
- Analyze exception-based workflows and help improve data alignment and matching processes across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with technical teams working within graph-based and relational data environments, including Neo4j and traditional SQL-based ecosystems
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, and Business Analyst within Agile software development environments
- Strong experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex enterprise applications
- Experience supporting full-stack applications
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and provide thoughtful, analytical problem-solving
- Experience working with data-centric platforms, APIs, integrations, or master data management initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable facilitating Agile ceremonies in environments without a dedicated Scrum Master
- Experience working in fast-paced transformation or modernization initiatives
- Experience supporting AI-driven product development or AI-enabled workflows
- Background working with enterprise data matching, data quality, or exception management processes
- Familiarity with Informatica or enterprise master data platforms
