Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant - Hospitality

Remote (West/Central U.S. Preferred) | Limited Travel | Full-Time

We're partnering with a growing consulting organization seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong hospitality industry background to lead post-implementation optimization, system enhancements, and long-term NetSuite success initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys blending strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution. You'll serve as a key functional lead, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows, optimize system utilization, and help organizations maximize the value of their NetSuite investment.

The ideal candidate is someone who can step into a fast-moving environment, quickly assess opportunities for improvement, and confidently lead initiatives with minimal oversight.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as the Functional Lead for NetSuite initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams
  • Evaluate current system usage and identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reporting, and configurations
  • Lead and support process improvements across:
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
    • Record-to-Report (R2R) experience is a plus
  • Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and best-practice configurations
  • Design, build, and optimize:
    • Reports
    • Dashboards
    • Saved Searches
    • Workflow enhancements
  • Provide hands-on support for system improvements, troubleshooting, and user adoption
  • Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors on integrations and data flow optimization
  • Promote best practices and support knowledge transfer to internal teams for long-term success
  • Support and optimize integrations with middleware and connected systems
What We're Looking For Required Experience
  • 5-8+ years of NetSuite consulting experience with a strong functional focus
  • Proven experience leading NetSuite implementations or post-go-live optimization efforts
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Prior experience within the hospitality industry, including environments such as:
    • Hotels
    • Restaurants
    • Multi-location operations
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials, workflows, and reporting capabilities
  • Experience working with integrations and middleware platforms
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable system solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with multi-entity or multi-location NetSuite environments
  • Familiarity with:
    • Revenue recognition
    • Inventory processes
    • POS (Point of Sale) integrations
  • NetSuite certifications are a plus
  • Experience training end users and helping organizations build internal system capabilities
