Job Description
Our client is looking to hire an Epic Resolute PB Analyst to join their team for a 6-month fully remote contract opportunity.
Pay: $70 - $85/hr W2 only - No C2C or sponsorship
Must be a US Citizen
The Epic Resolute PB Analyst will support a large healthcare organization on a remote contract engagement. This role will focus on Epic Professional Billing support, system optimization, claims management, denial workflows, reporting, and revenue cycle enhancement initiatives within a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) workflows and system optimization initiatives across the revenue cycle environment
- Configure and maintain charge capture workflows, charge router functionality, fee schedules, modifier rules, and billing indicator configuration
- Build and support Workqueues, billing edits, review rules, and workflow extensions to reduce denials and improve reimbursement outcomes
- Support claims management processes including claim edits, clearinghouse integration, EDI 837/835 transaction workflows, remittance posting, and denial management
- Troubleshoot billing system issues, claim rejections, reimbursement discrepancies, interface failures, and workflow-related issues
- Collaborate with operational, clinical, and revenue cycle teams to optimize workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve Accounts Receivable (A/R) performance
- Develop Reporting Workbench reports, dashboards, and billing analytics to support operational and financial reporting needs
- Support integrations between Resolute PB and related Epic applications including Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central
- Participate in testing, validation, upgrades, and go-live support activities for Epic quarterly and annual releases
- Create system documentation, workflow diagrams, training materials, and change management documentation for end users and operational teams
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) build and support experience required
- Strong understanding of professional billing and revenue cycle workflows
- Experience with claims management, billing edits, denial workflows, remittance posting, and reimbursement processes
- Experience building Workqueues, review rules, charge router workflows, and billing configurations within Epic PB
- Strong troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Reporting Workbench reporting and dashboards
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades, testing, and production migrations
- Active Epic PB Certification required and must be in good standing
- Previous healthcare consulting experience preferred
