Senior Product Owner - UX

Overview
Seeking a Senior Product Owner that has worked with UX Designers. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of Product Ownership and Business Analysis expertise, particularly within data-centric applications and workflow-driven platforms. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and an existing Business Analyst to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and deliver scalable product capabilities. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap and backlog for a custom analytics platform built with .NET and Angular technologies
  • Partner closely with colleagues to deliver both current-state enhancements and future-state platform capabilities
  • Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and user story creation within Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Write and refine user stories, prioritize work, and actively participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed functional requirements, workflows, and actionable product stories
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders and service lines to understand analytics outputs, operational workflows, and pricing challenges
  • Partner with stakeholders including finance leaders, operational teams, supply chain teams, and business leadership to gather requirements, validate priorities, and ensure alignment between business needs and product delivery
  • Participate in stakeholder calls and cross-functional discussions to drive clarity, prioritization, and execution
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner with Business Analyst experience
  • Must have worked with UX Designers and working knowledge of Design Systems, Front end UI and Angular/React framework knowledge
  • Strong experience working with data-centric applications and workflow-based platforms
  • Proven ability to write detailed user stories and manage backlogs within Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and working closely with engineering and architecture teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience validating and testing data-driven solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge stakeholders and ask critical "why" questions
  • Experience collaborating directly with technical teams including architects and senior engineers
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
