Job Description

Pay Range: $40-48/hour  Job Summary

The IT Team Lead oversees day to day technology operations, ensuring reliable performance of systems, networks, and support services. This role works alongside IT support staff, coordinates technical projects, enforces IT policies, and works closely with the IT Director to maintain a secure, efficient, and user friendly technology environment. This is an in-office position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
* Monitor system performance and coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
* Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and IT assets.
* Supervise IT technicians and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex issues.
* Foster a collaborative, customer focused team culture.
* Ensure high-quality end user support across desktops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Enforce information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Assist with audits, risk assessments, and implementation of security tools.
* Coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
* Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.

* 1+ years supervisor/lead experience.  
* 3+ years of progressive experience in IT support or systems administration.
* Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and enterprise tools (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
