Title: Ad Measurement Specialist
Duration:12-month contract, possible extension
Location: Remote US, EST Preferred
Pay: $43 - 48 per hour (W2 and benefit options)
Ads Measurement Analyst Overview
The Ads Measurement Analyst will help grow and scale measurement support for SMB advertisers. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, cross-functional execution, and seller enablement. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who can lead measurement initiatives for priority SMB advertisers, equip sellers to independently navigate measurement conversations, and provide direct measurement support where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SMB account recruitment for Measurement initiatives, including:
- Project management
- Cross-functional coordination
- Client-facing support for priority accounts across North America and Europe
- Conduct regular seller trainings and develop enablement resources that help SMB sellers confidently lead Measurement conversations independently
- Provide Measurement support for priority SMB accounts outside of core recruitment initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve team scalability by:
- Streamlining processes
- Sharing best practices
- Building repeatable workflows and operational standards
- Utilize AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale support across SMB advertiser accounts
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital advertising measurement experience
- Experience in client-facing roles working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and working across multiple data sources to derive insights
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with:
- Sales teams
- Product teams
- Measurement and analytics teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience supporting SMB advertising clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate measurement insights into actionable business recommendations
- Experience training or enabling sales organizations
- A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and operational scalability
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
