Pay Range: $105,000 - $125,000/year

Job Description
The Safety, Training & Asset Manager is responsible for leading all field safety initiatives, workforce development programs, and full lifecycle management of company assets including fleet vehicles, tools, and equipment. This role ensures all field operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, DOT, and company standards.
This position maintains a strong field presence and plays a critical role in enforcing safety culture, developing training programs, and ensuring operational readiness of all company assets supporting field service and project execution teams.
Key responsibilities include enforcing PPE and electrical safety standards, conducting job site inspections and safety audits, leading JHAs and risk assessments, and driving corrective actions in real time. The role also oversees training compliance, certification tracking, and workforce development initiatives to ensure all employees are properly trained and qualified for field operations.
In addition, this role is responsible for managing fleet operations, tool and equipment tracking, maintenance schedules, calibration records, and asset accountability systems. The Safety, Training & Asset Manager will also coordinate procurement of PPE, tools, and equipment while working closely with service and project leadership to support operational needs.
This role requires strong leadership, field engagement, and the ability to balance safety enforcement with practical execution in high-risk industrial environments.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial safety, EHS, or field safety management roles
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA 70E, and DOT compliance requirements
  • Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, JHAs, and hazard assessments
  • Background in industrial, electrical, utilities, construction, or field service environments
  • Experience managing training programs and certification tracking systems
  • Hands-on experience with asset management, fleet oversight, or tool/equipment tracking
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to enforce safety standards in the field
  • Ability to maintain high field presence (~80%) and work in active job site environments
  • Experience coordinating with operations, service teams, and project leadership
