Job Description
The SAP P2R Support role provides functional and operational support for the Plan-to-Report (P2R) process within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- This position supports internal project activities, resolves system and process issues, and works closely with finance and project stakeholders to ensure accurate project execution, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system, including user training, documentation, and system upgrades.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ERP technologies, and proactively recommend improvements and enhancements to the system.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, with a focus on EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management).
- Strong understanding of internal project lifecycle management, including project setup, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP SAP Developer, with expertise in SAP software.
- Strong knowledge of ERP concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or Python.
- Experience with ERP system customization and configuration, including workflows, reports, and user interfaces.
- Familiarity with database management systems, SQL, and data integration techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
