Job Description

Duration: 6 months
Location: Boston, MA
Pay Rate: $28/hr to $33.42/hr, DOE
Job Overview:
The contract recruiter will participate in end-to-end recruiting for business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume, entry-level recruitment for financial services positions; experience attending campus and community recruiting events; and demonstrated experience with systems-based recruiting administration.
To fulfill this role, the successful candidate will:
- Partner with other members of the Talent Acquisition team and with hiring managers and other human resources partners as needed to identify, attract and hire best-in-class talent
- Utilize targeted sourcing strategies, screening methods and selection tools to ensure consistent results and high-quality hires
- Be responsible for recruiting administration duties tied to full-cycle recruiting efforts
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support continuous recruiting in the marketplace for a variety of position levels with an emphasis on entry-level and for experienced talent as directed
- Recruit internally with responsibilities for internal mobility campaigns at designated levels
- Participate in recruiting events on college campuses and in the community
- Maintain applicant tracking system database with a high level of integrity in accordance with EEO standards
- Actively participate in Talent Acquisition and related HR initiatives and promote leading practices
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years experience recruiting financial services professionals either in a corporate or search firm recruiting role with demonstrated full life cycle recruiting responsibilities
- Campus and other community-based entry-level recruiting experience required
- Proven capabilities with recruiting passive candidates using social media technologies and resume database searches, among other methods
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (PeopleSoft E-Recruit or Oracle Taleo experience preferred) with demonstrated compliance and recruiting administration experience
- Accomplished proficiency with MS Office applications and internet database usage
- Demonstrated knowledge of behaviorally based interviewing techniques
- Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to constant change with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven dependability; committed to working as a trusted team member, able to build and maximize professional relationships
- Limited, periodic travel.
