Job Description
The Planet Group have recently been engaged by Consulting Partner, specialising in digital transformation, IT strategy, and management consulting for both public and private sectors. We are looking for a Functional Lead for the deployment of Workday Core HCM (including Basic Compensation) and Advanced Compensation.
Start date: ASAP
End date: December 2026 (possibility of extension)
Hours: FT (5 days/40 hours per week)
Location: Remote. (occasionally be on site in Germany or Paris when needed)
Certs required: No
Experience: Mandatory experience in Workday project roll-out/implementation
Skills Required: Mandatory knowledge of Workday Core HCM (including Basic Compensation) and Advanced Compensation
Languages: Advanced English is mandatory; advanced German is key (could be a tie-breaker); French is a plus.
