  • Facilitate discovery sessions to assess processes, data structures, and system gaps across entities
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive process standardization and operational efficiency
Kinetic Web UI Transformation
  • Support rollout and adoption of Epicor Kinetic Web UI
  • Guide users transitioning from legacy systems or classic Epicor screens
  • Develop Application Studio customizations to improve usability and align workflows
Reporting & Business Analytics

  • Develop SSRS reports to support financial and operational insights
  • Improve visibility into KPIs across multiple business units
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Evaluate and redesign workflows to align with Epicor best practices
  • Document system configurations and business processes
  • Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and consistency
Integrations & Data Migration
  • Utilize Epicor REST APIs for integrations and automation
  • Support data migration efforts (mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation)
  • Troubleshoot integration and data integrity issues
Project Delivery
  • Support ERP initiatives including implementations, integrations, and onboarding of new entities
  • Assist with testing, UAT, and go-live activities
  • Develop training materials and support end-user adoption

What You Bring
  • Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Epicor 10 and/or Kinetic) in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production, inventory, supply chain, and shop floor operations
  • Experience in multi-site or multi-company Epicor environments
  • Proven ability to develop BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports
  • Working knowledge of data migration and system integrations
  • Experience with Kinetic Application Studio and REST APIs
  • Solid SQL and Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and functional teams

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting ERP integrations during acquisitions or system transitions
  • Exposure to MES and financial modules within Epicor
  • Background in process standardization across multiple business units

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Direct impact on enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to M&A integration and multi-entity system strategy
  • Opportunity to shape Kinetic UI adoption and modernization efforts
  • High visibility role working closely with ERP leadership and operational stakeholders
  • Clear path to long-term conversion with a growing organization

Salary Budget: $90,000-$115,000 annually (after conversion)
