Job Description
The Planet Group is seeking two fully remote Multimedia Production Designers to support a growing, healthcare-focused creative and production agency supporting major brands. This role is primarily focused on layout, production, and execution, not high-end campaign concepting. Designers will support a high volume of deliverables across multiple brands and channels, often working on 10+ assets simultaneously.
- Location: Fully remote role; however, candidates must be U.S. citizens currently residing and working in the United States
- Time Zone: The team primarily operates on EST, though flexibility across U.S. time zones is available (availability for a daily 10am EST status call is required)
- Hours: 30-40 hrs per week (dependent on projects)
- Pay: $35-$42/hr+ depending on experience
- Execute production-ready layouts for a wide range of assets, including (but not limited to):
- Display ads
- Emails (HTML-based)
- Social media assets
- Digital and print materials
- Support both digital and print production needs.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Account Directors, project managers, proofreaders, copywriters, and technical QA teams.
- Prepare files for deployment across multiple platforms and environments.
- Maintain documentation and track job progress within proprietary project management tools.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to healthcare/pharma standards and specifications.
- Contribute in a fast-paced, agency style environment where speed and precision are critical.
- Provide video production support when needed (nice to have, not required).
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong production focused design background with high volume output.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML (especially for email production), CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with or understanding of CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, etc).
- Veeva experience is a plus (the team designs and codes directly for Veeva).
- Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
