  • Preference for local candidates; regional candidates (Midwest) also considered

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field preferred
  • ~10 years of relevant experience ideal

Overview

We are supporting a large-scale, confidential project in the high-tech/data center space and are seeking an experienced Sr. Scheduler to join the team. This role will support complex construction and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Requirements
  • Experience in data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6
  • Deep understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed CPM project schedules
  • Establish scheduling standards including WBS, activity sequencing, and level of detail
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to define scope and timelines
  • Identify critical path, milestones, and long-lead items
  • Track progress and analyze schedule performance and variances
  • Support resource loading, cost tracking, and earned value reporting
  • Provide schedule updates, forecasts, and recovery plans as needed
  • Review contractor and consultant schedules for accuracy and alignment
  • Support project reporting, risk analysis, and change management processes
