Job Description

Title Analyst
Location Deerfield IL
Pay 20- 25 per hour
12 month contract

 

The Client Analyst is a key member of the centralized Client Service Team, supporting advisor teams and delivering a high-quality client experience through operational and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding, Data Management & Contracting

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Support contracting and documentation requirements

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings to ensure timely communication between advisors and clients

Investment Account Processing

  • Prepare, submit, and track new account applications
  • Monitor applications through approval and funding stages

Tax Season Support

  • Organize and manage tax-related documentation
  • Track client consents and assist with tax return finalization
  • Coordinate estimated payments and support e-filing processes

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to support investment and operational activities
  • Assist with account-related requests, including Special Investments and Private Equity

Quality Control & Reporting

  • Track and report on quality control metrics
  • Support continuous improvement of service standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
