Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract length: ~4 months
Schedule: Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (WFH on Fridays)
Pay: $35-40.85/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our well-known retail brand on a roughly 4-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will work a hybrid schedule in Beaverton, OR, working from home on Fridays.

Experience producing across various mediums, both physical and digital (i.e. content, experiences, retail build, etc.) and can apply your skillsets to the ever-growing landscape - No matter the project at hand, you nurture creativity and cultivate collaboration with any person/team you partner with as you bring projects through to success
- Whether you’re managing a rig room build, commissioning a 3D animator or engaging a vendor to execute an activation, you don’t get phased by ambiguity– instead, you are energized by the challenge of learning as you go
- Ability to speak up, challenge the brief or project scope and help re-route obstacles to land on new solutions
- Simplify complex information and clear obstacles to give space for the best possible creative solutions

Project Manager Description:
- Manage creative production from planning to final asset executions, delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team and collaborative to execute against the brief delivering on time and within budget
- From project to project, commission and manage multiple creative partners anywhere from world-renowned agencies to talented individuals all while keeping your focus on delivering
- Drive budget management & contract execution in partnership with Legal
- Ensure that all productions are compliant with the client's processes to mitigate risk on behalf of the brand
- On set or at activations, expertly manage the production, establishing the run of show and maintaining production schedules
- Act as the connection point between all internal & external teams, seamlessly communicating details so that all partners are aligned
- Work with the creative concept team including designers, copywriters, art directors and creative leaders, as well as your broader production team and external creative partners
- On a project basis, work with a variety of Design and Concept team partners, leadership and other cross-functional business functions such as Product Management, Merchandising, Insights, and Marketing
- As the production expert, nurture your external creative network, building strong relationships on behalf of the client to the industry at large
- Expertly manage end-to-end production for projects within the concept design team
- Work directly with creatives and commission work from a varied and broad network of agencies and creative individuals
