Hourly rate: $27.00-29.00/hr
A/R Associate (Collections Focus)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional with strong collections experience to help drive cash flow and maintain healthy customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and improving processes.
What You’ll Do:

Manage collections and resolve delinquent accounts

Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
-
Communicate with customers to secure payments and negotiate payment plans

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short pays, and disputes
-
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records in ERP systems
-
Enforce credit terms and escalate issues as needed

Prepare AR aging and collections reports for leadership

Support month-end close activities related to AR
What You Bring:

Experience with commercial and/or consumer collections
-
Strong reconciliation, cash application, and dispute resolution skills

Ability to manage high-volume accounts and meet collection targets

Proficiency with Quickbooks or Sage

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
-
Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
