Senior Business Operations Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract length: ~7 months
Schedule: Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (WFH Fridays)
Pay: $40-45.77/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for an Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our well-known retail brand on a roughly 6-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Beaverton, OR, working from home on Fridays.
Senior Business Operations Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree not required, but a bonus
- Strong system support background
- Experience with interface between vendor and stakeholder (customer facing)
- Exterro, Onna, Resolver, LAMS, Navex knowledge preferred
- Sophisticated research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Senior Business Operations Analyst Description:
- Support the Senior Manager in driving business operations within the OGC
- Activate and implement operational initiatives, ensuring that they are executed effectively and align with strategic goals
- Play a key role in managing projects, supporting tools, technology, and process improvements
- Support multiple teams, smaller projects/programs, and/or mid-size external customers
- Integrate and communicate moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter
- Act as a resource to teammates
- Complete work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues
- Independently utilize knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems and navigate solutions
- Evaluate and select the right course of action
- Support the execution of business operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with OGC strategic priorities
- Manage the deployment of tools and technology, ensuring they are effectively integrated into business processes
- Coordinate internal communication efforts, ensuring that key messages are delivered to the appropriate audiences
- Develop and deliver training content that supports process improvements and technology adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of operational initiatives
- Provide regular updates to leaders, highlighting progress and identifying areas for improvement
