Job Title: Operations Logistic and Transportation Manager
Location: Lewisburg, TN 37091
Contract length: 9-month Contract 
Pay: $35/hr - $40.75/hr

• High School Diploma / GED required
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Experience in waste, environmental solutions
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and team building skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Ability to analyze information and suggest improvements
• Demonstrate attention to detail and time management skills
• Background in wastewater treatment, laboratory analysis, regulatory requirements is preferred
• Some knowledge of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste is preferred

• Frequently lifts or moves up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts or moves up to 50 pounds
• Position requires working near and around operating mechanical parts and mobile equipment and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibrations
• Tolerate heights, high temperatures, and work outside
• Ability to wear required PPE for the job and the assigned task

• Develop, maintain, and promote an elite workplace quality, performance, appearance, and effectiveness
• Set clear expectations, lead, coordinate training, and direct plant employees on initiatives from Corporate and Divisional leaders
• Coordinate and communicate all phases of operations including administrative, receiving and shipping loads, processing materials, and laboratory discharge compliance assuming full responsibility of cost-effectiveness, productivity and accuracy
• Plans and develops the scope of business activity to include the equipment/technology and personnel in order to facilitate future growth and competitiveness
• Ensuring all preventative maintenance obligations are consistently met and ensure that the facility is audit ready
• Maintain contact with sales representatives and key accounts and actively participates in selling efforts to current and potential customers to keep abreast of customer requirements
• Coordinate with our other MPF locations daily to provide support to our sales team, operations, and the needs of our clients
• Work with local authorities and agencies to ensure compliance while completing and submitting required reports as needed
• Analyze facility budget requests, sales, and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement while identifying areas in which cost reductions and program improvements can be made
• Successfully manage employee performance while mentoring and guiding the overall growth of the facility
• Assist in pursuing all unidentified facility growth opportunities and develop methods and solutions that make them feasible
• Oversee the Baling, Wastewater Treatment and Solidification operations of our Material Processing Facility
• Any other activity as directed by Area Manager
