Job Title: Technology & Innovation Consultant
Location: Kansas City, MO 64114
Contract length: 12-month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $40/hr - $50/hr

Technology & Innovation Consultant Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related degree from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry required or
• Associate's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry required or
• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry required
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering processes and procedures for project and program management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD platforms, GIS, and data acquisition platforms
• Proven ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems preferred
• A minimum of three years of Procore experience is preferred

• Assist project teams to document business processes and identify ways to improve project execution, with a focus on optimizing workflows and efficiencies within Procore
• Present proposed project execution solutions, developing technology solutions in Procore to satisfy complex business requirements
• Coordinate between disciplines and global practices to develop Procore solutions that will optimize business processes, provide seamless integration, and improve data management
• Implement technology solutions and ensure successful stakeholder adoption through impactful training and support for users
• Vet requests from Procore users, evaluate for applicability, and update templates for efficient and consistent creation of new projects
• Evaluate existing processes and technology tools, including the Procore application roadmap, to deploy new features and drive continuous improvement
• Research and implement new technology, including building AI agents within Procore as appropriate and in alignment with the organization’s overall AI strategy
• Help develop application-based solutions that can replace other applications for licensing cost reduction and better end user experience
• Build AI agents within the application as appropriate and in alignment with organization’s overall AI strategy
• Assist in the development of business cases for large technology investments and initiatives
• Develop and maintain external vendor relationships and evaluate the integration of their solutions into our business processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and strategic initiatives, to build holistic and cohesive solutions for clients
