Pay Range: $111,100 – $167,100
Work Hours: 3 weeks on-site (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays if needed), followed by 1 week off (2 of the off days are designated travel days)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in civil construction while building and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service. This is a 100% travel position, with rotations home every 3 weeks. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, and alignment with core values:

- Plan and implement all materials, equipment, and inspections to support project schedules
- Review construction and contract documents for completeness and constructability
- Coordinate plans with engineers and resolve discrepancies
- Develop project schedules, including three- and six-week look-ahead plans
- Create site logistics plans and lead the utilization of tools and equipment
- Collaborate with partner superintendents
- Conduct on-site orientations, pre-construction planning sessions, and project meetings
- Supervise, coach, and mentor assistant superintendents, craft foremen, and crews
- Track labor hours, productivity, and task completion
- Handle craft team training and career development discussions
- Build effective relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Lead by example and manage team performance
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, risk, and compliance
- Identify and mitigate unfavorable working conditions and improve processes
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Construction, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or 10+ years trade experience
- Minimum 5 years of construction management or related experience
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Ability to travel up to 100%
- Base pay range: $111,100 – $167,100
- Per Diem: $1,660 every two weeks
- Travel Pay: $400 every two weeks (regardless of travel)
- Project Completion Bonus: 10% of pay during the project (pending confirmation)
- Annual Bonus: Paid every March
- Incentive Pay: Starts at 5% of every paycheck; increases annually up to 15%
