Job Description
The Planet Group have recently been engaged by a leading Workday Partner. We are looking for a Workday Recruiting Consultant
Start date: 01st April 2026
Duration: 6 months
Hours: FT
Location: Remote (UK or IRL)
Certs required: No
Experience: Mid-level, 3 years
IR35 determination: Outside
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting configuration, optimization, and functional support
- Ability to troubleshoot and enhance recruiting workflows, requisition processes, offer approvals, and candidate journeys
- Solid understanding of Workday security for the Recruiting module
- Skilled in managing Jira tickets, prioritizing issues, and delivering timely resolutions
- Able to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable HR Technology solutions
- Experience configuring complex HR technology solutions and supporting HR/Business projects
- Collaborates effectively with HR, TA, IT, & SMEs
- Strong ability to define scope, timelines, and deliver business?aligned solutions
- Experience supporting UAT, post?implementation activities, and maintaining strong documentation
- Identifies improvement opportunities to streamline processes and maximize system capabilities
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously, balancing technical and functional requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem?solving skills
- Familiarity with Workday reporting/dashboards (advantageous)
