Job Description
Job Title: AP Coordinator - ERP
Location: Hybrid; Minnetonka, MN
Contract length: 4 months
Schedule: 40 hrs/week
Pay: $33 to $38/hr, DOE
Job Overview:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for department mail distribution and scanning/routing of invoices for coding and approval
- Ensure all invoices are processed for payment in an accurate and timely manner
- Research and resolve all past due balances or disputes
- Identify opportunities to streamline Accounts Payable processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Consistently refine skills and broaden expertise in Accounts Payable processes
- Assist with systems testing as needed
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience working in Accounts Payable with a high school education (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
- An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
- Positive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work well within a deadline-driven environment
- Perform functions efficiently and accurately with little direction supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Working knowledge of ReQlogic, Great Plains, Epicor, and Microsoft suite is a plus
