This role is instrumental in ensuring the solution meets business requirements and is technically

  • Designing the CMDB class structure and data models required to support the digital asset inventory.
ServiceNow Configuration
  • Performing hands-on configuration of the ServiceNow platform to implement the designed solution.
  • Assisting in the development of automated intake, approval, and lifecycle workflows for digital assets.
Testing and Validation
  • Developing test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinating UAT with business stakeholders and providing support during the testing phases.
  • Assisting with issue analysis and defect resolution.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Creating and maintaining detailed solution documentation for all configurations and processes.
  • Providing status updates and inputs for project reporting as directed by client’s project management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited school.
  • Extensive experience as both a Business Analyst and Technical Architect on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep expertise in the ServiceNow CMDB, including class structure design, data modeling, and reconciliation.
  • Proven experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes.
  •  Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into tangible technical requirements and solution designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a staff augmentation capacity, taking direction from client leadership.
  • Experience with projects involving digital asset management (e.g., websites, mobile apps, domains) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile and sprint-based development methodologies.
  • Certified ServiceNow professional (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
