Customer Success Representative
Location: Buffalo, NY
Contract: 6 Months
Schedule: 40 Hours
Pay: $22-$24/hour, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our well-known food manufacturer brand on a contract for six months! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY, working from home on Mondays & Fridays.
Customer Success Representative | Qualifications:
- Experience managing customer inquiries via phone and email is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross functionally with different teams
- SAP experience
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism and attention to detail
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive solutions and elevate customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery
- Handle incoming telephone calls, providing assistance or directing callers to the correct contact
