Location: Remote within 100 miles on NYC, NY
Schedule: 40 hours
Duration: 12 months
Pay: $77-$79.95/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Central Marketing Strategist III to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract, working on a remote schedule for someone based within 100 miles on NYC, NY
Central Marketing Strategist III Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a consumer subscription business with demonstrated success achieving growth goals
- 5+ years media planning and strategy experience,
- Experience testing and optimizing multi-marketing channels (including ads, social, push notification, email and in-app messaging marketing tactics.)
- Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Possess deep understanding of A/B testing and data driven optimization marketing.
- Shown ability to meet deadlines and get consensus while balancing many projects and priorities.
- You are an analytical problem solver with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Familiarity with traditional media channels (OOH, TV), digital advertising and social media platforms and their relationship with each other in multifaceted, integrated campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Central Marketing Strategist III Description:
- Responsibilities include integrated media strategies, developing and optimizing acquisition and retention strategies for various subscription services.
- Support national brand awareness campaigns and performance campaigns with specialized focus areas on Social, Digital, Custom Partnerships, Audio, CTV, OOH
- Build comprehensive briefs, reviewing media plans and consolidating information from various channels to ensure the customer experience with all the attributions considered.
- Create clear and concise leadership presentations for stakeholders
- Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
- Collaborate with a broad range of teams in different time zones, including central marketing, engineering, product, data analytics, design, and business.
- Develop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed, and insights are fed back into the plans.
- Define overall customer journeys, from point of acquisition to churn, and retargeting strategies.
- Develop and optimize acquisition and retention strategies for our Services.
- Optimize programs through A/B testing, offering ideation and development of strategic recommendations based on data driven insights and strategies to engage with customers.
- Experience working with creators or the creator economy
- Comms and audience strategy experience
- Proficiency working within syndicated research sources (MRI/ Simmons, comScore, etc.) and social listening tools
- Thorough understanding of integrated marketing, integrating with product experiences, design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships.
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Outstanding cross functional team working skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives.
