  • First 2 months onsite, then hybrid schedule

  • Salary Range: $90,000
  • Schedule: First shift / standard business hours

Introduction We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support enterprise data quality and master data integrity within a supply chain–driven environment. This role plays a key part in strengthening data governance standards, improving ERP master data processes, and ensuring trusted, reliable data across the organization.

The analyst will partner closely with procurement, operations, analytics, and ERP teams to support data cleansing, reporting, change management, and system integration efforts. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced modernizing legacy data within ERP-driven environments. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality, or ERP-focused roles
  • Hands-on ERP experience, including data integration, validation, or testing
  • Strong product and supply chain data experience
  • Demonstrated experience improving or managing data quality
  • Experience modernizing legacy data systems and establishing standardized naming conventions
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders across functions
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Familiarity with SQL / T-SQL
  • Experience with data governance frameworks, data dictionary creation, or metadata management
  • Prior experience supporting ERP systems within supply chain or manufacturing environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Support ERP master data integrity, with a focus on product and supply chain data
  • Analyze, cleanse, and maintain data to improve accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with procurement, operations, analytics, and ERP teams to support data initiatives
  • Help define, document, and enforce data governance standards and processes
  • Support reporting, data validation, and system integration efforts
  • Assist with change management related to data standards and ERP processes
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data definitions, standards, and workflows
