High Volume Recruiter – Retail Operations
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven High Volume Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for a large, multi-location retail region. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic staffing plans to support hourly field positions across 35–40 locations and 25–30 district leaders within an assigned geographic area.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building talent pipelines, and can quickly pivot strategies to meet evolving business needs. This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder partnership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hourly roles across an assigned region
- Develop and execute comprehensive staffing strategies aligned to regional hiring goals
- Source, attract, assess, and extend offers to qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting channels
- Build proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Establish and cultivate partnerships with local colleges, military organizations, and community-based groups
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual hiring events and other recruitment initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system
- Track and report weekly progress against headcount targets to leadership
- Anticipate hiring challenges and adjust sourcing and recruitment strategies accordingly
- Ensure all recruitment materials, postings, and search results are current and aligned with organizational standards
